		<description>I love this stuff.Its a phase 1 South Beach item and we use Fat free Half and Half instead of milk or cream. I am afraid to look at whats in Land O&#039;Lakes Fat Free Half and Half but it tastes good?

		<description>R makes these all the time. In fact, my meat &amp; potatos, hold the green stuff guy actually prefers these. I like them too. A few cloves of garlic steamed with the cauliflower is nice too.
