I'm in kind of the same predicament .....was teaching part-time at a flight school here in Boise (not Silver State) which closed it's doors and now I'm left trying to get to my 1000 hour mark....need 750 hours :( I have a good paying job which I due to family reasons ...I can't just give up and go find another CFII spot. I'm looking at possibly buying/leasing my own aircraft. Any advice you might have for a low-time pilot? -Mark Very cool site!!
